Delivery Options Overview
WoodMart offers ideal shipping methods for any requirement. Be it low priced through DHL/Standard Parcel Post, more quickly via DHL Express (Germany only) or UPS, or especially reliable and secure by a specifically trained freight forwarder. And in addition you can also pick up your order yourself at our Shop if you prefer. On this page you´ll find an overview of all available shipping methods.

If the delivered product is in good condition but the customer still wants to return it, the return request can be made within 7 days of receiving the product.
To be eligible for return:
The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in resalable condition
All accessories, manuals, or freebies (if any) must be included
Proper care must be taken to ensure no damage or leakage during handling
If the product is damaged during delivery or has a quality issue not caused by the customer, the return/refund request will still be honored.
Unboxing or minimal handling to check the product condition will not disqualify the return, as long as the product is not used or tampered with.
Products will not be accepted for return if any of the following components are missing:
Complete packaging and all original product parts
Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt from Miyari.pk)
Any promotional items or free gifts received with the order
Clear evidence of defect (photos/videos) shared within 3 days of delivery
Refunds will be processed as per applicable laws and within standard processing timelines.
Please note: Products damaged due to misuse or negligence are not eligible for return.
